Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. seeks a Supervisor - Airport Services to lead the day-to-day operations at the station, guiding Agents/Clerks to ensure safe, on-time performance and strong customer service. You will support the Manager in budgeting, policy implementation, and coordinating with airport management and regulatory bodies.

The role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle non-standard schedules while maintaining clear communication and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience in an airline or airport environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with the ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work non-standard schedules.
• Must read/write and understand English; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• The Supervisor - Airport Services coordinates day-to-day station operations and leads Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time dependability.
• Supports the Manager in achieving performance targets and monitoring the station budget.
• Develops policies and procedures and ensures compliance across operations.
• Reviews procedures to improve efficiency and manages regulatory compliance.
• Resolves customer service issues and operation problems; participates in audits and reports.
• Coordinates with local management, regulatory agencies, and other stations.
• Provides guidance on performance, coaches staff, and may work peak periods as needed.
