Job summary

Qualifications

• Priorcustomer service experience is preferred for handling passenger interactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Schedule and manage manpower coverage; ensure a safe, dependable operation.
• Conduct agent observations and administer local training including new hire training.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues; participate in station audits and reporting.
