Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is hiring a Station Supervisor to lead day-to-day station operations, ensure safety, and drive on-time performance within the Grand Rapids area. You will supervise Agents/Clerks, coordinate scheduling, and deliver on-the-job training for new hires.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 18+ age, and must hold a valid REAL ID driver’s license or travel authorisation as required. English fluency and US work rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Possess a valid, unexpired REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or travel authority for business needs
• Must lift up to 75 lbs and work rotating shifts
• Fluent English communication and ability to read/write

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks for safety and on-time performance
• Ensure adequate coverage; schedule and manage manpower
• Maintain safe, dependable operation and conduct observations
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Prepare reports and maintain records (time/attendance, personnel files)
• Supervise station tasks; contribute to boarding, baggage handling and aircraft guidance
