Responsibilities

• Ensure highest levels of security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, changes, and rotations.
• Coach and mentor the team to meet goals and standards.
• Oversee asset control and troubleshoot technology.
• Represent CLEAR in stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
