Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team. You will lead daily floor operations, coach a hands-on team across security, customer service and sales, and report to the General Manager.

This role requires 1–2 years of leadership in a customer-facing environment, strong communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. You must be able to work non-traditional hours and complete airport security screening requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with daily technology usage.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours (weekends/holidays/evenings).
• Completion of airport and government security screening processes (SIDA badge eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Lead floor operations and coach a security, service and sales team.
• Spend 80% of time on the floor in an airport environment.
• Ensure policy and procedures per CLEAR and TSA standards are followed.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs and rotations for staff.
• Oversee asset control and troubleshoot devices as needed.
• Represent CLEAR with airport, TSA and airline stakeholders.
• Attend station management team meetings.
