Job summary

A leading airport services company is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch security and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include managing team briefings and driving sales while being an active presence on the floor. This role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and a commitment to clear policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).
• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
