Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team. You will lead daily floor operations, coach a hands-on team, and ensure security, service, and sales targets are met.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and mentor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot as needed.
• Represent CLEAR to airport, TSA and airline community with strong relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
