Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework desirable.
• Valid driver's license; some restrictions may apply.
• Airline/airport operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and non-standard schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent English.
• Team lead/supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day station operations by directing Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Support the Manager in meeting operational targets and budget.
• Formulate and implement administrative/operational policies.
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer service and operation issues.
• Prepare reports and participate in station audits and calls.
• Coordinate activities with airport management and regulators.
• Maintain records and coach employees on performance.
