Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to own daily operations at the Bozeman location. You will lead Ambassadors and Managers, drive KPIs, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure security and customer service excellence on the floor.

You will hire, develop, and coach a diverse team, build relationships with airport partners, and continuously communicate the CLEAR story while meeting business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership in high-volume, fast-paced, customer-focused settings.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees is required.
• Strong communication, training, mentoring and team development abilities.
• Ability to drive KPIs and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology.
• Owner for airport and drive KPI execution and overall operations.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service and sales.
• Engage employees and uphold CLEAR story and standards.
• Performance manage staff with ongoing feedback and tough conversations.
• Build relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners; escalate as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling; ensure floor time on customer service.
• Spend at least 80% on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
