Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily airport operations and a team of hourly Ambassadors. You will report to the General Manager, coaching on security, service, and sales while ensuring compliance with CLEAR and TSA policies.

In this fast-paced role, you will spend most of your time on the floor engaging customers, driving performance, and building stakeholder relationships to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with employee engagement, customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in essential duties for efficient station operations.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Recruit, on-board, and develop Ambassadors; coach and train the team.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to improve team performance.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensure operations align with CLEAR, TSA, and regulatory policies.
