Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our airport location. You will manage Ambassadors and Managers, own security, service, and sales execution, and ensure exceptional experiences for travelers while upholding CLEAR standards.

You will spend most of your time on the floor, hire and develop a diverse team, monitor KPIs, and liaise with TSA and airline partners. 6+ years of leadership in high-volume settings required, with non-traditional schedules expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers.
• Drive KPIs & metrics for airport location.
• Hire, develop and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service, and sales.
• Manage labor, payroll and scheduling with focus on floor presence.
• Engage with TSA, airlines and airport partners; escalate as needed.
