Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a General Manager to run daily operations at our Phoenix location, overseeing Ambassadors and Managers and ensuring top-tier security and customer service experiences. The role focuses on delivering CLEAR objectives, driving KPI performance, and maintaining a high-quality staff environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in leadership within fast-paced, customer-facing settings, with experience managing both salaried and hourly employees, and a proven ability to mentor

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on training and mentoring teams.
• Ability to lead and influence in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers using CLEAR technology.
• Own the airport location and drive KPIs and performance metrics.
• Hire, develop and maintain a diverse team delivering security, service, and sales objectives.
• Engage employees on the floor with a strong customer-facing presence.
• Performance manage staff and conduct ongoing feedback conversations.
• Build relationships with TSA, airlines, and airport partners; escalate as needed.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, and labor optimization.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
