Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2 years’ experience in related field, including at least one year of supervisory experience.
• Professional certification required in some areas.
• Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Driving Privileges standards.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Candidate must pass pre-employment background, drug, and medical physical screening.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily activities of all operational functions to achieve client satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervises airport ramp operations and loading/unloading of cargo aircraft.
• Supervises warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Monitors flights and communicates network updates; ensures contingencies are deployed.
• Develops and manages relationships with Business Partners; supports special projects.
