Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2 years’ experience, including supervisory experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsabilités

• Expedites daily operations to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervises airport ramp operations and cargo handling per regulations.
• Monitors warehouse sort operations for international shipments.
• Oversees back office staff and flight monitoring; communicates network updates.
• Collaborates with US Customs and DHL Import clearance for correct processing.
• Manages KPIs and cost control; assists in annual budget preparation.
• Provides guidance and training to staff; motivates team to meet standards.
• Identifies process improvements and develops solutions to issues.
