Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise airport ramp operations; manage loading/unloading of cargo within regulations.
• Coordinate international import/export shipments and back-office staff activities.
• Maintain network updates, contingency planning, and liaison with US Customs & DHL Imports.
• Develop and manage relationships with business partners and staff performance.
