Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to coordinate parcel movements by air and ground, including international import/export operations. The role oversees ramp teams, warehouse sorting, and back-office staff to ensure on-time performance and client satisfaction.

The supervisor will work closely with customs and imports teams, manage KPI and budgeting processes, and implement process improvements while guiding staff and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 2+ years of related experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and productivity improvement techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expedites daily activities of all operations to satisfy clients and profitability.
• Supervises airport ramp operations, cargo handling and shipment consolidation."
• Oversees warehouse sort operations for international imports/exports.
• Manages back-office staff and monitors flight schedules and network communications.
• Liaises with US Customs and DHL Imports clearance for proper processing.
• Develops and manages relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
