Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field and at least 2 years of related experience, including 1 year supervisory experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Valid driver's license and MV record meeting driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Expedite daily operational activities to meet client satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise airport ramp operations and cargo handling per regulations.
• Oversee warehouse sort operations for international imports/exports.
• Manage back office staff and monitor flights and network communications.
• Collaborate with US Customs and DHL Imports clearance for correct processing.
• Develop and manage relationships with business partners.
• Lead special projects and ensure quality systems are maintained.
• Track KPIs and cost levels; assist in annual budgeting.
• Provide staff guidance, training, and policy updates.
• Motivate staff to exceed standards and drive results.
• Assist in hiring decisions and performance management.
