Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 2 years’ related field experience including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of supervisory approaches and cost control.
• Experience with budgeting, training, and quality improvements.
• Excellent customer service skills and driving for results.
• Must have valid driver's license and meet MVRS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational functions to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
• Supervise airport ramp operations, loading/unloading, and carrier recoveries.
• Manage warehouse sorts for international shipments and back-office staffing.
• Coordinate with Customs and DHL Imports for shipment processing.
• Develop relationships with business partners and drive process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and support annual planning.
• Provide guidance and training to a unionized team (8–12 staff).
• Ensure adherence to quality systems and organizational policies.
