Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent in the Ground Handling Department. You will assist passengers boarding flights, monitor boarding, help passengers with special needs, and load/unload baggage, all while working outdoors in varied weather. Training is provided, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Starting wage is $18.40 per hour. All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to complete training and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding/disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding and guide/park aircraft.
• Assist customers with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors; change itineraries and seat assignments.
• Operate the Jetway and load/unload baggage and cargo.
• Drive and operate service vehicles; maintain cabin and work as a team to deliver service.
