Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our Ground Handling Department to support boarding, Jetway operations, and aircraft guidance. The role requires training completion, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Successful candidates will provide exceptional passenger service, assist with wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors, and coordinate with flight crews to ensure smooth operations across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
