Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our Ground Handling Department to support passenger boarding, Jetway operation, and aircraft guidance. The role requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

The position involves customer assistance, loading/unloading, and coordination with team members to ensure safe, efficient airport operations. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs (wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors).
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and guide/park aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
