Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent for our Ground Handling team. You will assist passengers boarding/disembarking, operate the Jetway, and guide aircraft on the ramp. You must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions, including weekends and nights.

Training will be provided to successfully complete the Customer Service Agent course. A valid driver's license, clear driving record, and 10-year background check are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding and operate the Jetway.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo; guide and park aircraft.
• Assist customers with special needs and arrange wheelchairs or unaccompanied minors.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks and work as part of a team to ensure service excellence.
