Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department in the United States. The role involves assisting passengers, operating the Jetway, loading baggage, and supporting flight operations in all weather.

Training will be provided; ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required. Excellent teamwork and effective communication are essential as you help passengers, including those with special needs, and support changes to itineraries and seating.

Qualifications

Successful completion of training course.
Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.

Responsibilities

Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
Operate the Jetway.
Load and unload baggage and cargo.
Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
Guide and park aircraft.
Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
Work as a team to provide excellent customer service.
