Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent in our Ground Handling Department to assist passengers, operate the Jetway, and monitor boarding procedures. You will work outdoors in all weather, lift up to 70 pounds, and complete a training program to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and provide friendly, safety-conscious support to travelers while upholding company standards and teamwork.

Formación

• Successful completion of training course

Responsabilidades

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change flight itinerary and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• Work together as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
