CLEAR seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead daily floor operations, coach the team on security, service and sales, and spend most of your time on the airport floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and compliance with CLEAR, TSA, and federal regulations. Flexibility for non-traditional schedules and physical tasks is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow CLEAR, airport, state and federal policies and regulations.
• Availability to work non-traditional schedules (weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings).
• Completion of airport/government security screening processes (SIDA badge eligibility, SF-85).

Responsabilités

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs, huddles, breaks and rotations; coach, mentor and train the team to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices; understand technology and troubleshoot when needed.
• Represent CLEAR at the airport, TSA and airline community; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
