CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team and lead daily floor operations. The role is hands-on, coaching security, customer service and sales while reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and daily use of technology.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, changes, breaks and rotations.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee asset control & devices and troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airline community by building stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses and attend station management team meetings.
