Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and guiding daily floor operations at your station. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching for security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with emphasis on security integrity, team mentoring, and stakeholder relationships across the airport ecosystem.

You will manage shift briefings, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to CLEAR and TSA

Qualifications

1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with daily technology usage.
Completion of airport security screening processes (e.g., SIDA badge eligibility).

Responsibilities

Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
Lead shift briefings, debriefs and huddles; coach and train the team to meet goals.
Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology when needed.
Represent CLEAR to the airport, TSA and airline community; build stakeholder relationships.
Manage incident prevention and responses.
Attend station management team meetings.
