Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and driving daily floor operations at your station. This role centers on hands-on coaching for security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will uphold CLEAR and TSA policies, lead security and service initiatives, and mentor a team to meet performance standards while fostering strong stakeholder relationships with airport staff and partners.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Proficiency in using technology daily in your work
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to follow CLEAR, airport, state and federal policies
• Availability to work a non-traditional schedule (weekends/holidays/early mornings/evenings)
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening incl. drug test and SF-85 background checks

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs & huddles, and rotations; coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals
• Oversee asset control & devices and troubleshoot as needed
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airlines by building stakeholder relationships
• Manage incident prevention and responses
• Attend station management team meetings
