Job summary

CLEAR is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at our airport station. You will be on the floor most of your shift, coaching a team to deliver exceptional security, service, and sales while upholding TSA and CLEAR procedures.

You will partner with the General Manager, manage shift briefings, and maintain strong relationships with airport and airline stakeholders. This role requires adaptability and hands-on leadership in a high‑volume setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership in a customer-facing operation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with daily technology usage.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are conducted with the highest levels of security and integrity.
• Monitor & drive security, service & sales on each shift.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet sales and customer service goals and standards.
• Oversee asset control & devices - understand how our technology works & be able to troubleshoot when necessary.
• Represent CLEAR throughout the airport, TSA and airline community by building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
