Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join the airport leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and directing daily floor operations at your station. The role requires hands-on coaching for security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead on-floor customer interactions, ensure policy adherence, and drive security, service and sales across shifts, while mentoring the team and coordinating station meetings and briefings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in customer-facing ops.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-tasking.
• Proficiency with daily technology in work processes.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to follow CLEAR, airport, state and federal policies and procedures.
• Availability for non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Successful completion of airport and government security screenings (SIDA/SF-85 as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
• Ensure policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefs, and huddles; manage breaks and rotations.
• Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet goals and standards.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR within the airport and with TSA and airlines; build stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses; attend station management meetings.
