Job summary

Secure Identity, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily floor operations at the airport, reporting to the General Manager. The role requires a hands-on coach for security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will spend most of your time on the floor, ensuring policy adherence, coaching staff, and driving security, service and sales while representing CLEAR within the airport community.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (e.g., retail, hospitality).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in work.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations.
• Availability to work non-traditional schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings).
• Completion of all required airport and government security screening processes, including SIDA badge eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Manage shift briefings, debriefs and huddles, breaks and rotations; coach and train the team to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices and troubleshoot as needed.
• Represent CLEAR with the airport, TSA and airline community by building stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
