Job summary

CLEAR is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team in Anchorage. You will lead daily floor operations, coach security, customer service and sales teams, and ensure policy adherence with top security standards.

You will spend most of your time on the floor, drive performance across security, service and sales, and collaborate with airport stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and incident management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (e.g., retail, hospitality).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to motivate and influence others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle diverse tasks.
• Proficiency in using technology daily in work.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Spend 80% on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy and procedures are followed with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service and sales on each shift.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefs and huddles; manage breaks and rotations; coach and train the team.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR at the airport, TSA and airline communities; build stakeholder relationships.
• Manage incident prevention and responses.
• Attend station management team meetings.
