Fountain is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our airport leadership team in Greer. You will lead daily floor operations, coaching security, customer service and sales in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of leadership in customer-facing settings, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to CLEAR and TSA security standards. This on-site role requires mobility and flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with daily technology used in operations.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nontraditional hours and pass security screening.

Responsabilidades

• Spend 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing airport environment.
• Ensure CLEAR and TSA policy compliance with high security and integrity.
• Monitor and drive security, service, and sales on each shift.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefs, and huddles; manage breaks and rotations.
• Coach and train team to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Oversee asset control and devices; troubleshoot technology as needed.
• Represent CLEAR to airport stakeholders and manage incident responses.
