Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to welcome passengers, assist with inquiries, and support check-in and boarding at the airport.

You will ensure compliance with airline policies and safety procedures while delivering exceptional service. This role requires effective English communication, a customer-service background, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• One year of customer service experience
• Ability to access and interpret information on IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• FAA/TSA/Port Authority/US Customs credentials as applicable
• Shift flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
• Provide information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
• Handle check-in and baggage processing professionally and efficiently
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Make announcements and keep passengers informed about changes
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth experience
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure passenger safety
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
