Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Customer Service Agent to welcome passengers, answer questions, and assist with check-in and boarding at the airport. You will collaborate with multiple airport teams to deliver a seamless passenger experience while upholding safety and airline policies.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to cover various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Comfort with using tablets and kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide flight, gate, and airport service information.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve passenger issues professionally and promptly.
• Make announcements and inform about changes.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations.
• Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes.
• Coordinate with ground staff for a smooth experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs.
• Collaborate with security personnel for passenger safety.
• Keep work area clean and stocked.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Uphold PrimeFlight customer service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
