Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services seeks a Customer Service Agent to welcome passengers at the airport, assist with inquiries, and support check-in and boarding processes. You will ensure compliance with airline policies, security regulations, and safety procedures while partnering with airport colleagues to deliver a high-quality passenger experience.

This role requires strong communication in English, a minimum of one year in customer service, and flexibility to work various shifts, including

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret information in print and electronically using digital devices.
• Clear communication with colleagues and clients in-person and electronic.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible to obtain FAA/RAIC/TSA/Port Authority/U.S. Customs credentials as applicable.
• Open to flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties; accommodations available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide accurate flight and airport services information.
• Process check-in and baggage handling efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Make announcements and update passengers on changes and boarding times.
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew for a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as required.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services.
• Support security personnel to ensure passenger safety.
