Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• At least two years of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using a computerized system; assist with reservations and related inquiries.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine and keep them informed about itineraries and luggage.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in customer-facing situations and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Report safety incidents or hazards promptly according to company policy.
