Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to greet passengers, assist with check-in and boarding, and provide information on schedules and services in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities include resolving passenger inquiries, coordinating with ground staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information on electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries
• Provide information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services
• Handle check-in and baggage processing
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times
• Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew for a smooth passenger experience
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure passenger safety
