Job summary

PrimeFlight is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at MSY Airport to welcome passengers and assist with inquiries, check-in, and boarding processes. This on-site role requires friendly, accurate information delivery and a commitment to safety and compliance.

You will work as part of a team at a busy airport environment, handling customer needs across shifts including nights and weekends. English proficiency and customer-service experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, Computers and Mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers at the airport with check-in, boarding, and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing with courtesy and efficiency.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and timely.
• Make announcements and inform passengers about flight changes and boarding times.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
