Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Agent at ELP Airport. You will welcome passengers, answer inquiries, and assist with check-in and boarding in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This role requires at least 18 years old, 1 year of customer service, and English proficiency; a background check and drug screen are required. The position offers benefits including 401(k) with company matching, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to obtain required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, etc.).
• Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide information on flight schedules, gates, and airport services.
• Handle check-in and baggage processing efficiently and courteously.
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosks and online check-in procedures.
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with ground staff and crew to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
• Maintain knowledge of frequent flyer programs and loyalty services.
• Comply with airline and airport regulations and procedures.
