Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. at MFE Airport is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Agent to welcome passengers, answer inquiries, and assist with check-in and boarding. You will coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience while upholding airline policies and safety procedures.

The position offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates need one year of customer service experience, 18+, fluency in English, and comfort using kiosks and devices.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• One year of customer service experience.
• Ability to use IPads/Tablets, Computers and Mobile Devices.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs).
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and assist with check-in, boarding, and inquiries.
• Provide information on flight schedules, gates, and services.
• Assist with self-service kiosks and online check-in.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Announce and inform passengers about changes and boarding times.
• Coordinate with ground staff to ensure a smooth passenger experience.
• Process ticket sales, upgrades, and re-bookings as needed.
