Job summary

Avolta at San Antonio International Airport is seeking a Cook to prepare and station across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs while maintaining high service quality. You will communicate times and issues to the manager on duty and ensure HACCP compliance in a fast-paced setting.

The role is non-exempt with opportunities for training and career growth within HMSHost and its affiliates. Previous casual dining kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience; high volume and casual dining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and communicate with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving items.
• Estimate food requirements and keep production records for utensils and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment; adhere to HACCP standards.
