Avolta at San Antonio International Airport is hiring a Cook to prepare foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and eggs stations. You will communicate ticket times to the manager and servers, ensuring high-quality service at all times. This is a non-exempt, on-site position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include following recipes, planning production, sanitizing stations, and ensuring HACCP compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Food preparation skills with HACCP knowledge.
• At least 1 year cooking experience in high-volume casual dining.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items per recipes and guidelines for all stations.
• Follow menus, estimate production requirements, and rotate stock.
• Maintain clean, sanitized workstations and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage ingredient prep.
