Job summary

JSX is seeking an Airport Service Concierge in Burbank, CA. You’ll greet Customers, assist with check-in and boarding, guide them through security, and keep the lounge welcoming and well stocked. You’ll rotate through duties to keep days dynamic and rewarding.

Requirements: high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 75+ pounds, flexible shifts (early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays). DOT/FAA screenings may apply. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds.
• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.
• Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with check-in and boarding.
• Guide guests through security screening and boarding procedures.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lounge environment and restock amenities.
• Rotate through duties including valet services when scheduled.
• Communicate with the ground team and flight Crew as needed.
