Job summary

JSX is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Airport Concierge to welcome Customers at check-in. You will ensure a seamless experience, maintain a tidy lounge, verify documents, and assist with baggage screening and DOT safety requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting with valet duties, coordinating with security, and supporting customers with timely service while upholding appearance standards. Candidates should have high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to travel often and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customers with a seamless check-in experience and maintain a tidy lounge.
• Verify documents and ensure baggage screened and DOT safety requirements met.
• Assist with valet duties: driving, parking and returning customer vehicles.
• Oversee security protocols and coordinate with team to meet strict time and appearance standards.
