Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Burbank is seeking an Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of agents handling arrivals, check-in, boarding, and baggage support for passengers.

You will oversee friendly passenger service, coordinate with ramp and security, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. A High School diploma is required, plus credentials per airport/state rules; full-time, non-exempt, with shift rotation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, through arrival and check-in process, including support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating a computerized system including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and capabilities.
