Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals per federal requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a welcoming check-in and boarding experience.
• Marshal aircraft to gates and load/unload baggage and cargo.
• Perform aircraft and lounge cleaning and restocking.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance across tasks.
• Communicate safety or operational risks to leadership promptly.
• Support irregular operations and recovery efforts through teamwork.
