Job summary

JSX seeks an Airport Service Concierge to welcome Customers and guide them through check-in, security, and boarding, delivering a smooth, stress-free travel experience from arrival to departure.

You’ll rotate through roles such as Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator, with an emphasis on punctuality, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 75+ pounds on occasion and perform physical activity including bending and standing.
• Flexibility to work mornings, nights, holidays, and weekends; DOT/FAA screenings may apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Customers and guide them through check-in, security, and boarding to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Rotate through roles like Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lounge and assist with arrivals and departures as needed.
