Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer additional services and protection products and upgrades as appropriate.
• Assist with directions, local information, and general service information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries via calls and other channels.
• Inspect rental vehicles upon return and report any issues to management.
