Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a Station Supervisor to lead Agents and Clerks in day-to-day ramp and customer service operations. You will help ensure safety, on-time performance, and smooth passenger handling within a fast-paced airport setting.

The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Strong English communication and the legal right to work in the United States are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid REAL ID or travel authority for business needs
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Work rotating shifts incl. nights/holidays/weekends
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Customer service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and manpower utilization
• Maintain safe, dependable, and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
• Resolve operational and customer service issues
• Follow uniform policy and wear company uniform
• Participate in station audits and report generation
• Maintain records (time/attendance, personnel files, performance)
• Support ramp and customer service duties as needed, including greeting passengers and assisting with check-in and ticketing
